Getting Started
Before submitting any offer, connect a wallet and confirm you’re on the right network.
1. Connect your wallet
Section titled “1. Connect your wallet”Click Connect in the top-right of the navbar. You’ll be offered a list of connectors — MetaMask, WalletConnect, Rabby, Coinbase, and any other injected wallets the browser exposes. Pick the one tied to the EOA you want to use.
Once connected, the navbar replaces the Connect button with your account chip showing the shortened address (e.g. 0x1234…abcd) and the active network badge. Clicking the chip opens a dropdown with a copy-address affordance and a Disconnect option.
2. Pick your network
Section titled “2. Pick your network”Use the network toggle in the navbar to switch between Mainnet and Testnet (Sepolia). The choice is persisted in a cookie and drives the chain id, RPC, explorer links, and which BF / LP API the app talks to.
If your wallet is on a different chain than the toggle, the app will prompt you to switch when you try to act (submit an offer, cancel, claim, etc.). You can also switch manually from the wallet UI — the prompt-then-await pattern means writes block until the wallet’s eth_chainId flips, so you won’t see “wrong chain” errors after a successful switch.
3. Endpoint health
Section titled “3. Endpoint health”To the right of the network toggle, two small dots indicate live BF and LP API health (green = healthy, red = unreachable). If either dot is red, expect failures — refresh the page or contact support before retrying.
- If you’re using Fireblocks or any custody you can’t sign EIP-712 messages from, continue to Push offers.
- If you’re signing directly from an EOA (MetaMask, Rabby, etc.), continue to Pull offers.
